DC-ZON – The smart solution for controlling up to 32 VAV units with advanced regulation

The DC-ZON system is a modular, high-performance solution for controlling up to 32 VAV units (airflow control dampers) with fine zone-by-zone control. Ideal for commercial buildings, schools, hospitals or any multi-zone installation, it guarantees smart, economical ventilation that adapts in real time.

Each VAV unit is directly configurable from the DC-ZON system, with the following settings:

• Adjustable V’nom, V’max, V’min : to define the optimal operating ranges.
• Adjustable airflow setpoint : dynamically adapted to demand.
• Actual airflow in m³/h : precise measurement, independent of pressure.
• Built-in alarm : immediate fault detection.
• Damper position feedback : for demand-based control via the higher-level automation system.

EC-ZONING is fully compatible with the Modbus TCP and BACnet IP protocols, ensuring easy integration into our DEPAIR CONNECT DC-AHU or any existing BMS/building automation system, and supervision of measurement and control points.
